- Sesame seed- 1/3 cup
- Extra virgin olive oil- 2 tablespoon

Preparation Process
Step-1
Dry roast sesame seeds in a wide pan till they turn their color to a little golden. Keep them aside to cool.
Step-2
Transfer the roasted sesame to a grinder, and make a coarse powder of roasted sesame. It's a task of a few seconds.
Step-3
Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt and drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil gradually. I've used extra virgin olive oil to make it rich, lustrous, and healthy.
Step-4
Blend the mix again, and check the consistency if it's smooth and creamy in texture.
Step-5
A thick, smooth, and creamy tahini paste is ready and can be stored in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
