Ingredients
- Chopped Garlic-2-3 cloves
- Finely chopped ginger- 1 teaspoon
- Diced red bell pepper -1 cup
- Chopped red carrot-1 cup
- Chopped beetroot-1/4 cup
- Chopped red onion- 1
- Chopped tomato- 2 medium size
- Black peppercorn-10-12
- Water-1 and1/2 cups (can vary as per desired consistency)
- Salt- 1 tablespoon ( can vary as per taste)
- Oil- 2 tablespoons
Step-By-Step Recipe For Red Veggie Soup
Step-1
Heat two tablespoons of oil in a deep saucepan, add chopped ginger and garlic and saute for a few seconds.

Add bell pepper, carrot beetroot, and onion to the pan. Tomatoes aren't supposed to be added at this moment.

Saute all the added veggies for about five minutes until they become tender and soft. Keep tossing on while cooking these veggies.

Add chopped tomato to the sauteed veggies. Cook and cover for 5 minutes more.
