Today, being a popular food, a healthier version of noodles is available in the market. Oats, barley, wholewheat, wholegrain, and semolina noodles are all truly guilt-free and equally amazing in taste. The addition of healthy vegetables and other ingredients makes it an even more nutritious and guiltless bit of food.
