Corn/Bhutta in monsoon always stands high in a choice of most of the people in India especially when you're going up on the hills. Ya phir keh sakte hain bhutte k bina monsoon ka kya maja.
Sweet corn is my kid's favorite. Be it pasta, pizza, pulao, cutlets, or any snack-- corn is always a part of most of their favorite cuisines. I heard lots of times about corn kababs, in fact, tasted them multiple times in restaurants but never tried them at home. Recently, my friends were coming for tea at my place. They all are good cooks so I was thinking of making something new to prepare for them with tea. And that day Corn Tikkies' idea struck my mind and this time I gave it a try.
Wow!! What a classic snack it is. Homemade veg corn kabab is one of the best ever tried by me. My friends liked them a lot and asked me to post the recipe soon.
