Note: To prepare the yogurt at home take a big bowl. Place a fine sieve over it and pour the regular curd into it. Leave the same as is for half an hour. During this process, all the curd solid gets separated from the liquid and you'll get a soft yogurt from it.
- Finely medium size chopped onion- 1
- Finely small size chopped cucumber-1
- Finely small size chopped carrot- 1
- Steamed sweet corn kernels-1/4 cup
- Finely chopped green chili-1
- Chopped green coriander-1 tablespoon
- Salt-1 teaspoon (as per taste)
- Sugar-1 teaspoon
- Crushed black peppercorn- 1 teaspoon
- Oregano- 1 teaspoon
- Red chili flakes-1 teaspoon
- Butter- to spread and grill the sandwich

Step-1
In a mixing bowl, take the ready yogurt.
