Christmas just like Diwali brings a festive mood alive & a reason to celebrate. And important celebrations are never complete without desserts. So, dear readers, this Christmas I bring to you all a special cheesecake recipe. This recipe is particularly special for me because it has been beautifully crafted by my daughter and her BFF with a lot of love, enthusiasm, and excitement. They both are astute dessert lovers, so they always keep trying baking & other dessert types in my kitchen.

Ingredients
- Oreo vanilla cookies- 36 pieces (3 big packs)
- Melted butter- 60 ml
- Cream cheese- 180 gm (1cup)
- Sweetened whipping cream- 1cup
- Caster sugar- 1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence- 8 drops
Preparation Process Of Eggless Oreo Cheesecake
Step-1
Grind 24 pieces of oreo biscuits in a processor and prepare a fine powder.
Note: Separate 1/4 cup oreo powder for topping the cheesecake for final output.
Step-2
Take a mixing bowl, add prepared oreo powder, and melted butter into it.
Step-3
Combine butter and oreo powder well with a spatula.
Step-4
Take a non-stick removable base cake pan and spread the prepared mix evenly as the base layer.
Step-5
Flatten the layer with help of some flat steel ladle/bowl base.
Step-6
Set it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
Step-7
Meanwhile, Take whipping cream in a bowl and whip it from low to high power gradually until soft peaks form.
Step-8
Once the whipping cream is ready, add cream cheese, and vanilla essence to it.
Step-9
Combine all the ingredients well using a spatula.
Step-10
Using an electric hand mixer, whip well until it forms a smooth and lump-free mix and the mixture becomes thick.
Step-11
Add caster sugar to the prepared cream mixture and combine well.
Step-12
Take the remaining 12 Oreos and make a coarse powder of them with a help of a rolling pin or grind at pulse mode for seconds. (with or without cream is totally on choice). Add the coarsely grounded powder in a whipping cream mix and combine well.
Step-13
Take out the set base pan and spread the whipped cream mix layer evenly over it.
Step-14
Dust and decorate separated oreo powder over the top layer of the cake and set it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Final Serve
Once set, demould and cut the cake into pieces to enjoy this delectable, mouth-melting without baking eggless oreo cheesecake.
