Being a vegetarian, I have craving for an Eggless Fudgy Walnut Chocolate Brownie sizzler topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. That is what truly completes my special dinner delights.
This square chocolaty brownie dessert recipe consisting of cooking chocolate and plain flour may seem similar to a chocolate cake, but that's a white lie.
The resemblance might confuse one, but there lies a whole new method to make a brownie, which isn't at all similar to that of baking a chocolate cake.
A brownie, unlike cake, is dense and fudgy with a moderately crumbly crust. You will find countless Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Recipes made with egg yolk, which are comparatively easier than eggless recipes. The egg gives the required texture and fudginess that a brownie requires, but it can be accomplished without an egg by using the ideal amounts of the mentioned ingredients. I follow the dessert queen Chef Pooja Dhingra, founder of the Le15 chain of patisseries delivering sweet delights to the nation and abroad to gain more knowledge about baking.

The preparation process of a fudgy eggless chocolate brownie
Step-1
Take a big mixing bowl. Sieve all the dry ingredients like flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking soda, and baking powder.
Step-2
Mix and combine them well.
Step-3
Take a chocolate melter. Add butter and chocolate shavings to it.
Step-4
Melt them till they form a smooth and silky syrup.
Note: If you don't own a chocolate melter, you can either use the double boiler technique or microwave the dark chocolate and butter for 1 minute.
Step-5
Add condensed milk and the melted chocolate butter syrup. Fold and mix well.
Step-6
Add water gradually to the mix to form a smooth and lump-free batter.
Note: The consistency of the mix should be semi-thick before putting it into the oven.
Step-7
Once done add vanilla essence and mix.
Step-8
Add Walnut kernels into the batter and mix.
Step-9
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Also, preheat the tin for 5 minutes before transferring the batter into it. Grease the heated pan with butter and line it with parchment paper (with extra edges)
Step-9
Transfer the mixture to the heated greased butter paper-lined pan. Tap the tray to remove excess air and spread evenly. Top it with walnuts.
Step-10
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Step-11
Insert a Skewer into the brownie and check. If it comes out with some crumbs, it's done.
Step-12
Let the baked brownie rest in the pan for 15 minutes on a grill. You will see the brownie sinks in the middle.
Step-13
Once it's cool completely, demould it carefully and cut it into square pieces.
Final Serve
The perfect moist and fudgy chocolate brownie is ready. I love to gobble it with scooped vanilla ice cream on it. You can have it your way.
