Preparation Process
In this recipe, I'm using Indian rose petals because it has a beautiful pink color with natural fragrance which goes best for my recipe.
Clean and separate the rose petals from the flower. Wash all the fresh rose petals to remove the dust particles. If you don't have fresh petals then you can also use dry rose petals.
Step-1
Heat a saucepan and add two cups of water.
Step-2
Add fresh pink aromatic rose petals to the water.
Step-3
Bring them to boil until the petals turn translucent.
Step-4
Add half a cup of powdered sugar and keep cooking.
Step-5
Step-6
Step-7
Keep the syrup aside to cool down. Once cool, take a big bowl, strain the syrup into it.
Note: Rose Syrup can be stored in a glass bottle or jar in the refrigerator for a week or more.
Step-8
Take an empty glass and pour 3-4 tablespoons of the prepared rose syrup into it.
Step-9
Add 1/4 teaspoon of black salt to the syrup.
Step-10
Now pour 1 tablespoon lemon juice into the glass.
Step-11
Add 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger juice. Ginger juice adds a fizzy taste to the pink lemonade and enhances its flavor.
Step-12
Add Cold Sparkling water /soda to the prepared syrup and stir once. You can also add crushed ice to make it more chilled.
