Preparation process
How to make perfect eggless Churros
Wait till it blends well and starts boiling.
Step-3
Low down the heat. Add all-purpose flour to the water mix.
Step-4
Immediately add almond flour to the boiling water mixture and combine them well with a whisk to avoid any kind of lumps.
Step-5
Keep cooking and whisking till it forms a soft dough. This process will take a maximum of 2-3 minutes.
Step-6
Turn off the heat once it turns to a smooth dough consistency.
Step-7
Take the prepared dough in a separate bowl and keep it aside to cool. Once the dough comes at room temperature, knead it for 2 minutes to make it smoother.
Step-8
If it's sticking a little bit, add a little butter and then knead well.
Step-9
Transfer the dough into a piping bag with a nozzle number 849 (broad star tip). If you don't have a nozzle then you can make a small center circle in a piping bag or cloth and can do this process.
Step-10
Prepare churros about 3-4" long or as desired by piping the dough tightly with your hands. It may need a little pressure to pipe out the dough.
Step-11
Heat oil in a flat frying pan on low medium heat and drop the prepared churros into it.
Step-12
Fry till they turn nice golden red and take them out on a kitchen towel.
Step-13
Mix 2 tablespoons of Castor sugar with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder on a deep plate. Roll and coat the fried churros evenly in the sugar-cinnamon mix for the best taste.
