Ingredient
- Fresh hibiscus flower - 4
- Lemon juice- 2 teaspoon
- Honey/sugar- 2 teaspoon
- Water- 2 cups
Preparation Process
Step-1
Separate the leaves from the flower and wash them in clean water.
Step-2
Take water in a saucepan. Add hibiscus petals into it.
Step-3
Bring the water to a boil and let the petals steep into it for 3-4 minutes.
Step-4
Strain the herbal flavored tea in a cup.
Step-5
Add honey to sweeten it, if desired. I personally like it a little sweet so I m adding 1 teaspoon of honey to my cup.

Squeeze a teaspoon of lemon juice and stir well. Lemon juice balances the tartness adds a fresh flavor, taste, and enhances the color of the tea to the romantic pink or red.
