Ingredients
- Finely chopped cucumber- 2
- Finely chopped Tomato- 2
- Finely chopped coriander- a handful
- Lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
- Chia seed- 1 tablespoon
- Black salt- 1/2 teaspoon
- Chat masala- 1 teaspoon (optional)
- Roasted peanuts- 1 tablespoon (optional)
Preparation Process
Step-1
In a big mixing bowl take a chopped cucumber, tomato.
Step-2
Add salt, chat masala, and lemon juice.
Step-3
Add chia seeds to the salad. These tiny size seeds are loaded with fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids and micronutrient and add extra health benefits and taste to our salad bowl.
Step-4
Toss them well and add roasted peanuts for crunch.
Step-5
Garnish the salad with freshly chopped coriander and serve before or with a meal.
