Has it ever happened that you had momos without chutney? Crazy, right?
No matter how tasty your momos are, if the chutney served with it is not the one, the plate is ultimately sad. Do you agree?
Steamed momos, when dipped in spicy hot red chili sauce, tastes heavenly.
Before eating momos at any street food cart, I always look out for its chutney as that has to be perfect for a satisfying meal.
This recipe is a blend of some very basic available-at-home ingredients. The only thing that makes the difference here is the proportions of your ingredients.
Mentioned here is a red chili vegan sauce, which can be enjoyed with dumplings, garlic sticks, spring rolls, and in fact any other snack type.
So, if you are as specific as me about the chutneys served with momos, then you're gonna get the perfect street style spicy momos chutney here.
