Vegetables
- Broccoli florets (1 head)
- Sliced carrot (1)
- Red bell pepper (1 pc)
- 1 Yellow bell pepper
- 5 baby corns slit in two
- 7-8 mushrooms washed cleaned and cut*2
Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon soya sauce (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
Extras
- 2 tablespoon olive oil/sesame oil (for stir fry)
- 1 teaspoon white sesame seed (for garnishing)
- 1 tablespoon Chopped coriander
Preparation Process
- Turn on the gas and take a large skillet/ flat pan. Heat 1tablespoon olive per oil.
- Now add broccoli florets, carrot slices, and slit baby corn to the hot oil.
- Sauté on a medium-low flame until the vegetables are tender and start showing golden color.
- Time to add other veggies that are bell pepper, and mushroom to the pan. Sauté till the vegetables start turning golden red and crispy.
- Season the vegetables with soya sauce, salt, and pepper and stir to coat uniformly.
