Intake of Deep-fried foodstuff is not good for health, so my inclination will be for roasted one.

Ingredients
Major
- 2-Papad (moong dal, chana dal, urad dal or any mix dal papad is good to use)
Veggies
- Cucumber-1 finely chopped
- Tomato-1 finely chopped
- Onion-1 finely chopped
- Yellow bell pepper-1 finely chopped
- Coriander-½ cup finely chopped
- Green chili-1 finely chopped
- Lemon juice-1 tablespoon
Note: Veggies like sweet corn kernels, pomegranate, lettuce leaves, tofu, or cottage cheese can go as per your preference.
Seasoning
- Black salt-1 teaspoon
- Chaat masala-1 teaspoon
- Cumin (jeera) powder-1 teaspoon
Recipe for Preparing Indian Masala Papad Bhel
Step-1
Firstly, Club and collect all the required fresh vegetables. Wash all the vegetables under running water to remove all impurities as we will eat them raw. Wipe them with a clean kitchen towel. Peel and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Step-2
In a mixing bowl, add all chopped vegetables- cucumber, tomato, onion, bell pepper, green chilies, and chopped coriander. Mix well.

Roast papad on flame or in the microwave for 1 minute.

Break the Papad into bite-size.
Step-6
Mix vegetable salad and crunchy papad pieces just before serving as it becomes soggy over time.
Final Serve
Serve delicious healthy and quick-to-make Indian-style salad platter with drinks, meals, or as a veg snack.
You can also present it in a form of a papad cone added with spicy, juicy, and tangy salad.
