A healthy life begins with a healthy intake of food that should be fresh, in-time and filled with constituents that largely favours a balanced diet and body' optimal requirements for different nutrients ( like proteins, carbs, minerals etc.)
Apart from lunch and dinner meals, Breakfast is a vital inclusion to consider on daily basis for better health and a sound lifestyle regime to follow.
But there are common and usual circumstances happening with our day to day life that doesn't allow us to make a proper intake of food with quality and type (junk food intake is on rising) and rushing and keeping ourselves busy with stress dominant attitude is a new normal running since along with us. Isn't it?
